Hi Brookfield Horse & Pony Club members,

Attached is the November 2023 BHPC newsletter to keep you up to date with upcoming BHPC activities and news.

November Club events and activities for members:

Our last muster of the year is on Sunday 19 November and it is our annual Fancy Dress and Fun Day muster. The muster starts at 8 am, and riders come in our Summer (polo shirt) uniform. Our usual adult rider lesson will be held in the long yard at 7 am. Could all riders please let Sandy know if you are attending or not attending (email chiefinstructor@brookfieldponyclub.org.au or text 0400 952 002) by 5 pm Monday 13 November.
BHPC End of Year AGM and Awards event on Sunday 26 November – Please come and join us for the BHPC End of Year Break-up in the Brookfield Hall from 4 pm – 7 pm. For your convenience, I have again attached the Notice of AGM and Agenda, as well as the Nomination form. Please consider taking on a role within your club.
Club volunteer requirements – Families who have not completed their working bee/fundraising event requirements for 2023, you can do some maintenance work over in the cemetery paddock and gear shed in your own time. Please contact Sandy for job details. The Bush Christmas on Friday 8 December is a chance to finish your fundraising commitments working in the canteen.
